摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列负载型杂多酸催化剂,考察这些催化剂对合成丙酸异戊酯的催化性能,并利用傅立叶红外、X射线衍射和N2吸附脱附表征了催化剂的物化性能。在合成反应中制备的催化剂活性随负载量的增加而增大,制备的催化剂在负载量达到40%后催化活性随负载量的增加变化不大。HPMo/SiO2催化剂在酯化反应中显示了较高的催化活性,异戊醇转化率可达65%,丙酸异戊酯选择性100%。A series of immobilized heteropolyacid catalysts were prepared by means of sol-gel technology.Catalytic activities were investigated via synthesis of isoamyl propionate.FT-IR spectra,X-ray diffraction and physical adsorption of nitrogen were employed to character the catalysts.The experiments indicated that with the loading amount increasing,the catalytic activity improved till the loading of the catalysts near the maximum crop load.HPMo/SiO2 showed the high catalytic activity during the esterification reaction.Conversion of isoamyl alcohol and selectivity of isoamyl propionate are 65% and 100% respectively.
