摘 要:对油气田含硫废水采用化学混凝、臭氧氧化后,再进行超声波与臭氧催化氧化的复合处理工艺技术进行深度处理。实验研究得到此工艺技术的优化条件:超声波频率70kHz,声强25W/cm2,作用时间35min,体系pH值为9~10,O3浓度40mg/L。在此优化工艺条件下,对污染严重超标的油气田含硫废水进行处理,可以使主要污染指标COD值由10346mg/L降低到100mg/L以内、S2-由312mg/L降低到1.0mg/L以内,使污染严重超标的废水处理后水质主要指标达到GB8978-1996一级排放标准。Based on the introduction of the pollutant composition,hazards and treatment methods of oil and gas field sulfur wastewater,one advanced treatment were conducted by using chemical coagulation,ozone oxidation,then carrying out ultrasound and ozone oxidation of the composite process technology.The optimum technology process parameters were determined through experimental study as follows:ultrasonic frequency of 70kHz,sound intensity 25W/cm2,time 35min,the system pH value is 9~10,O3 concentration of 40mg/L.In the optimization of process conditions,dealing with serious pollution and excessive sulfur drilling wastewater can reduce primary pollution indicators CODcr=10346mg/L and S2-=312mg/L to 100mg/L and 1.0mg/L or less,respectively.The study showed that combined treatment by using the technology to deal with sulfur content of drilling wastewater can make the key indicators of serious pollution of the wastewater approach to GB8978-1996 level I discharge standard.
