儿童一过性髋关节滑膜炎临床分期与治疗

摘　　要：目的：探讨儿童一过性髋关节滑膜炎的临床分期、早期诊断和治疗。方法：按病程、病理和临床特征将本病分为三期，采用药物结合患肢制动进行治疗。随访６个月～２年以上。结果：１５８例中，１５６例症状消失，髋功能完全恢复正常，无并发症；２例仅症状缓解。结论：临床分期有助于判断病情和预后，及时恰当治疗可防止病程迁延及并发股骨头坏死。Objective:To explore chinical stages,early diagnosis and treatment of transient synovitis of hip joint(TSHJ) in children.Methods:TSHJ was divided into three clinical stages according to its course,pathological and clinical characteristics.The treatment,which included different medicines with immobilization of the involved joints,was performed on the patients.All the patients were followed up for six months to two years.Results:Of 158 cases,156 cases had no pain,no complication and obtained normal function of the involved hip.2 cases only showed pain relief.Conclusion:Clinical staging of TSHJ can be helpful to judgment of patients' condition and prognosis.Proper treatment can prevent the femural head from necrosis.
