摘 要:污水处理厂建设规模的确定是城市污水处理厂建设项目环境影响评价的重要内容之一。为了使规模确定更加合理,基于水量样本的分布特征,在考虑拟建污水处理厂服务区域日用水量小时变化周期性的基础上,考虑一周内小时水量变化特性,提出利用模糊识别理论对水量样本分布进行识别,以分布隶属度因子修正日用水量预测的日周期自回归模型,从而建立计及日用水量波动的周期自回归复合因子预测模型。该方法在污水处理厂环境影响评价中进行了应用,结果表明对城市污水处理厂建设规模的确定具有有效性和实用性。In the environmental impact assessment of a new wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction project, it is very important to assess the design scale. In this paper,in order to assess the scale of new WWTP more rationally, a periodical auto regression prediction model of daily water consumption is established, based on hourly variety of water consumption in a day, and considering hourly variety of water consumption in a week. In this model, fuzzy diagnosis theory is applied to identify the distribution characteristics of samples, and daily periodical auto regression prediction model is modified by distribution factor of membership grade. Furthermore, the model is applied to the environmental impact assessment of a new WWTP, the result of which shows that the model is effective and suitable.
