摘 要:采用问卷调查法、文献资料调研等方法,探讨体育锻炼对大学生自尊及心理健康的作用及其作用机制,为促进大学生心理健康提供体育锻炼应对策略。结果表明:经常参加体育锻炼与不锻炼的大学生心理问题检出率差异有显著性;每次锻炼时间的长短对大学生自尊水平差异有显著性;锻炼次数对大学生心理健康有直接影响,同时发现,每次锻炼时间的长短,通过影响个体的自尊水平对心理健康产生间接的影响,从而得出合理的体育锻炼,对提高大学生自尊水平和促进心理健康有积极的影响。It is used with the method of questionnaire, document material investigation and study to probe into the effect and its mechanism of physical exercise on undergraduate' s self- esteem and mental health. So relevant strategy can be provided with physical exercise in order to improve undergraduate' s mental health. The results show that significant differences were found between the prevalence of psychological problem of the undergraduates who took part in physical exercise frequently and those who did not; and significance has been found with duration of physical exercise on undergraduates' self - esteem level difference ; exercise frequency has a direct duration of physical exercise has an indirect effect on mental health through influencing individual self - esteem level. The reasonable physical exercise can have positive influence on improving undergraduates' self- esteem level and mental health.
