摘  要:目的探讨乳房疾病手术患者腹股沟测温与腋窝测温和口腔测温的差异。方法选择100例乳房疾病手术患者,采用自身对照法,手术前对其测量腹股沟温和腋温;手术后对其进行腹股沟温和口温的测量。结果患者腹股沟温和腋温差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);患者腹股沟温与口温差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),腹股沟温测量值与口温测量值存在相关关系(r=0.971,P〈0.01),腹股沟温与口温测量值差值总体平均数95%置信区间为0.335~0.401。腋窝与腹股沟测温患者接受程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);口腔与腹股沟测温患者接受程度比较,患者更容易接受腹股沟测温,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论乳房疾病手术后的患者,腹股沟测温法可行。Objective To explore the differences among inguinal, axillary and oral temperatures in postoperative patients with breast diseases. Methods Totally, 100 patients with breast disease were selected and adopted self control method, the inguinal and axillary temperatures were measured during preoperative period, and the inguinal and oral temperatures were measured during postoperative period. Results There was no significant difference between inguinal and axillary temperatures (P〉0. 05), but the inguinal temperature was significantly lower than oral temperature(P〈0.01). There was correlation between the value of the inguinal temperature and the oral temperature(r=0. 971, P〉0. 01) ,and the 95% confidence interval of mean difference between inguinal and oral temperatures ranged from 0. 335 to 0. 401. The acceptance of measuring inguinal and axillary temperatures had no significant difference(P〉0. 05); and significant difference was found between the oral and inguinal temperatures, measurement of inguinal temperature was more acceptable(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Measurement of inguinal temperature can be used in patients after breast disease surgery.
