平板运动试验可疑阳性诊断冠心病百分比的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨平板运动试验(TET)可疑阳性的原因及提高运动试验对冠心病诊断的准确性的方法。方法 66例平板运动试验可疑阳性患者,其中36例在行平板试验检查后1～2周内均行冠状动脉造影术,分析这36例患者平板运动试验和冠状动脉造影结果。结果 36例平板运动试验可疑阳性者中有9例冠状动脉造影阳性,其中男6例,女3例,27例冠状动脉造影阴性,其中女20例,男7例。9例阳性中冠状动脉单支病变6例,双支病变2例,三支病变1例。结论在平板运动试验可疑阳性而冠状动脉造影阳性病例中男性占66%以上,而冠状动脉造影阴性病例女性占74%以上,若能进一步排除各种干扰因素,平板运动试验诊断冠心病的准确性还会有所提高。Objective The questionable results in TEF througy CAG perantage which diagnose coronary disease explain questionable positive results in TEF diagnose coronary artery disease must be cautious. Methods Among all 66 cases which present questionable positive results in TET, all 36 cases were scheduled to receive CAG procedure in one or two weeks after TET, and the TET results were analyzed compared with CAG images. Results 9 of 36 cases tested positive in CAG, with 6 cases male,3 cases female, and 27 of 36 tested negative in CAG. In all 9 positive cases,6 cases presented single vessel disease in coronagy artery, 2 cases presented double vessel disease, one case presented triple vessel diseas. In all 27 negative cases in CAG, 20 cases were female, and 7 cases were male. Conclusion Over 66% CAG positive in male patients of all TET questionable positive cases,which deserve much more attention, over 74% CAG negative in female,further eliminate all in terfercoce factors could raise the accuracy of TET in diagnosing coronary artery disease.
