甘草酸二铵脂质复合物联合干扰素抗病毒疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘草酸二铵脂质复合物联合干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法将64例患者随机分为2组，治疗组32例予甘草酸二铵脂质复合物联干扰素合治疗，对照组32例单用干扰素治疗，疗程6个月。结果治疗组的HBeAg／HBeAb改变例数多，不良反应例数少，但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。治疗组的治疗疗效明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论甘草酸二铵脂质复合物联干扰素治疗乙型肝炎患者的长期疗效肯定，值得临床使用。Objective： The observe the therapeutic effect anti- virus drink on hepatitis B. Methods： 64 cases of hepatitis B were equally randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group were respectively given diammonium glycyrrhizinatephos phatidyleholine complex and interferon. Results： The treatment group＇s HBeAg/HBeAb changes and the side effect had not significant difference compare to the control group（P〉0.05）, but the treatment group＇s treatment curative effect was obvious better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Anti-virus drink has protective function on patients with hepatitis B, So it worth to clinical promote using.
