高校教师对现代图书馆信息服务需求及利用现状调查分析——以浙江部分高校为例

摘　　要：以浙江大学、宁波大学等四所高等院校部分教师用户为调研对象,通过对图书馆数字资源建设及教师用户对图书馆信息服务期望值和网上参考咨询服务满意度情况的抽样调查,比对分析了当前高校教师在现代图书馆信息服务需求及利用方面的现状和特点,并就如何改善不良情况、提高资源利用率等相关问题提出建议和举措。Taking teachers from four universities in Zhejiang province, including Zhejiang University and Ningbo University as examples, and through the survey on digital resource construction in modern library, requirement of college teachers for information service in modem library and satisfaction for online virtual reference service, this paper analyzed the requirement and utilization of college teachers for information service in modem university. Also, some related issues, such as the improvement of current situation and resource utilization, have been discussed.
