摘  要:从压裂裂缝参数优化、水平缝脱砂技术、压裂液、高砂比管柱等方面全面论述了短宽缝压裂工艺技术的研究及现场应用情况。裂缝参数理论给出了不同井网和地层条件下最佳裂缝穿透比和导流能力,为短宽缝压裂工艺提供了定量的理论依据;高砂比管柱以其独特的结构及性能实现了高砂比、一趟管柱可压多层、可反洗、能分体等工艺要求,为短宽缝工艺实施提供了必要的技术保证。现场试验证明,短宽缝压裂配套技术,可将裂缝半径控制在19~25m之间,裂缝支撑缝宽能够达到相同施工规模、常规压裂的2.5倍。该工艺技术成为大庆油田三次加密井压裂改造的重要手段之一。This paper introduces the research and field application of technology for establishing short and wide fractures in terms of parameters optimization, horizontal fractures desanding, fracturing fluid, high sand ratio string and so on. Fracture parameter theory presents the optimum fracture penetration ratio and flow conductivity of different well pattern and at different formation conditions, and thus provides quantitative theoretical basis for fracturing technology of short and wide fractures; high sand ratio string, with its peculiar structure and performance, has met the technological requirements such as high sand ratio,fracturing multilayers wlth 1 string trip, capable of reverse clean-up and so on, and thus provides necessary technical support for the implementation of short and wide fractures technology. Field test has proven that this technology can control the radius of fracture within 19 ~25 m, can make the propping width of the fracture attain 2. 5 times of the conventionalfracturing technology at the same fracturing scale.
