中药联合血浆置换治疗慢性重型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药联合血浆置换治疗早、中期慢性重型肝炎的疗效。方法将60例慢性重型肝炎早、中期住院患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予内科综合治疗及血浆置换,治疗组加用中药,所有患者根据病情决定血浆置换次数。结果治疗组症状改善优于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗组临床治愈8例,好转16例,无效6例,总有效率为80.00%;对照组临床治愈7例,好转15例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%。2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组进行血浆置换(3.0±1.3)次,对照组进行(5.2±1.9)次,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药联合血浆置换治疗早、中期慢性重型肝炎可明显改善症状,减少血浆置换的次数,取得较好疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with plasma exchange on chronic severe hepatitis in the early or middle stage. Methods Sixty inpatients with chronic severe hepatitis in the early or middle stage were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each with 30. The control group received comprehensive medicine therapy combined with plasma exchange, while the treatment group received TCM therapy additionally. The frequency of plasma exchange depended on each patient＇s disease state. Results Symptoms were alleviated more greatly in the patients of the treatment group than in the patients of the control group （P 〈0.001）. In the treatment group, 8 patients were cured, 16 patients improved, and 6 patients failed treatment, with a total effective rate of 80.00%. In the control group, 7 patients were cured, 15 patients improved and 8 patients failed treatment, with a total effective rate of 73.33%. No significant differences in the total effective rates were found between the twogroups （P〉 0.05）. The frequency of plasma exchange was 3.0＋1.3 in the treatment group, and 5.2±1.9 in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The combination therapy of TCM and plasma exchange can markedly relieve symptoms and reduce the frequency of plasma exchange. It achieves good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis in the early or middle stage.
