鸦胆子油乳剂辅助治疗结核性液气胸疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察胸腔内注射鸦胆子油乳剂治疗结核性液气胸的疗效。方法对结核性液气胸患者采用胸腔穿刺抽液或行胸腔闭式引流排尽胸腔积液后,每次向胸腔内注入鸦胆子油乳剂20～30ml,每周注射3次。与对照组对比观察患者胸腔积气、积液消失时间及住院时间。结果治疗组胸腔积气、积液消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论鸦胆子油乳剂是治疗结核性液气胸的有效药物,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of brucea javanica oil emulsion （B JOE） on tuberculous hydropneumothorax by intrathoracic injection. Methods After thoracentesis or closed drainage of thoracic cavity were carried out to draw effusion in the patients with tuberculous hydropneumothorax, intrathoraeic injection of 20-30 ml of B JOE was given, 3 times every week. The time in pneumothorax absorption and pleural effusion absorption and hospitalization time were compared between the treatment group and the control group. Results The treatment group took less time in the pneumothorax absorption, pleural effusion absorption and hospitalization than the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion B JOE is effective for the treatment of tuberculous hydropneumothorax, and it is worthwhile to be put into clinical practice.
