科学勘探明确了“四个评价”的核心地位

摘　　要：科学勘探的最终目的是以最佳方式不断发现和增加油气储量。"四个评价"的根本目的是搞清各级油气储量,其评价成果就是建立勘探知识库和三维地质模型。"四个评价"的过程就是不断深化地质规律认识的过程,也是勘探知识库和三维地质模型不断发展和完善的过程,贯穿油气勘探工作的始终。"四个评价"规范体系规范了针对4个级次目标评价所需的勘探理论、技术、方法和每个环节的工作流程与标准,突破了以经验决策为依据、以井筒技术为手段、以勘探工程施工为中心的传统勘探模式,建立了以科学决策为依据、以综合地质研究为手段、以建立合理的资源储量序列为目标、以效益为中心的现代勘探模式,进而使油气勘探工作更加规范化和科学化。因此,可以说"四个评价"是科学勘探的核心。"四个评价"工作是与时俱进的,随着勘探理论与勘探技术的进步,"四个评价"的内容和方法也应是不断发展的。The ultimate goal of scientific exploration is to discover and increase oil and gas reserves using the best way. The fundamental purpose of 'four evaluations' is to find out oil and gas reserves at all levels, and the results of which are the establishment of the exploration knowledge base and the 3-D seismic models. The process of 'four evaluations' is a process of deepening the understanding of geological laws and improving the exploration knowledge base and the 3-D seismic models increasingly, and it will work throughout the process of exploration for oil and gas. The standard system of 'four evaluations' shows the workflow and standard of exploration theories, technologies, methods and all sectors in respect of target evaluations at four levels. So the traditional exploration mode is changed which is only based on experience, uses the shaft technology as the approach, and focuses on exploration engineering construction. A modern mode is set up, which depends on scientific decisions and comprehensive geological study, focuses on making benefits, and aims at establishing rational reserves sequence. Therefore, th e' four evaluations' can be regarded as the core of scientific exploration. Along with the progress of exploration theories and technologies, the content and method of 'four evaluations' should be improvedincreasingly.
