柔肝消癥饮对肝硬化大鼠肝细胞转化生长因子β_1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察柔肝消癥饮对肝硬化大鼠转化生长因子(TGF)β1表达的影响。方法以复方鳖甲软肝片为对照,观察柔肝消癥饮对肝硬化大鼠肝组织病理形态学和肝细胞TGFβ1表达的影响。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠出现肝小叶损害,纤维组织增生,假小叶形成,肝细胞TGFβ1表达明显增强(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组肝脏病理损害较轻,肝细胞TGFβ1表达减少(P<0.01)。结论柔肝消癥饮能显著抑制肝硬化模型大鼠肝细胞TGFβ1表达,具有抑制细胞外基质合成、抗肝硬化的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Rouganxiaozheng liquid on expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells of cirrhosis rats.Methods Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet was selected as control and the effect of Rouganxiaozheng liquid on hepatic sclerosis was evaluated by observing the change of pathological hepatic tissue and the expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells.Results Compared with normal group,the normal hepatic lobules in model group were disappeared and fibroplasias and pseudolobule formed.The expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells were increased obviously（P〈0.01）.Compared with model group,the change of pathological histology of each treatment group was improved,the expression of TGFβ1 of each treatment group was decreased evidently（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Rouganxiaozheng liquid has the effect of inhibiting the synthesis of extracellular matrix and hepatocirrhosis and can obviously decrease the expression of TGFβ1 in hepatic cells of cirrhosis rats.
