摘　　要：电极在炼钢过程中不出任何问题是偶然的,发生问题是必然的,这种必然可以用几率加以描述,其大小与客户心理期望值进行比较便形成了对电极质量的评价:能用、满意和忠诚。In the steelmaking process, it is accidental that there is no question during the use of electrode. Problems of the electrode quality can be described by probability. The comparison of the probability and the psychological expectations of customer will form the evaluation for the electrode quality：Utility, satisfaction and loyalty.
