强脉冲光联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗雀斑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨强脉冲光联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗雀斑的疗效。方法:将65例泛发性雀斑患者分为两组。对照组32例采用强脉冲光治疗,每3周一次,5次为一疗程。治疗组33例在疗程的第二次(术后3周),采用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,其余治疗方法、疗程同对照组。治疗后第6周及12周观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后6周及12周对照组和治疗组的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗泛发性雀斑创伤微小,治疗时间短,痛苦较轻,治愈率高;良好的护理对提高治愈率起着十分重要的作用。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of freckles treated with using intense pulsed light（IPL） associated with Q -switched Nd：YAG laser. Methods：65 patients with extensive freckles were randomly assigned to one of two groups. Control group（ n = 32） was treated with IPL once every three weeks for a total of five treatments. The treatment group （ n = 33 ） was treated with Q - switched ND ： YAG laser for the second time （ three weeks after treatment）, while others are the some with controls. All patients were examined at 6 and 12 weeks post - treatment. Resuits ：There were significant differences in therapeutic effect after 6 and 12 weeks for the treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Treatment associated with Q - switched Nd ： YAG laser on exanthematous freckles has less trauma, a shorter course, less pain and a higher cure rate.
