摘  要:【目的】探讨急性运动后健康成人循环内皮祖细胞(EPC)数量和功能的动态变化及其与一氧化氮(NO)水平的关系。【方法】选择8例男性健康志愿者,动态观察急性运动前以及运动后30min、3h、6h、12h和24h循环内皮祖细胞数量和功能,同时检测运动前后血浆NO水平的变化。【结果】急性运动后30min,健康志愿者循环内皮祖细胞的数量和功能上升至最高峰,运动后3h已开始逐渐下降,运动后24h回落至正常水平,这种变化与血浆NO水平的动态变化趋势基本相似。血浆NO水平与循环内皮祖细胞数量和功能呈直线相关回归关系。【结论】急性运动上调健康成人循环内皮祖细胞数量和功能的维持时间较为短暂,可能与血浆NO水平的下降有关。提示需要长期运动锻炼以维持对健康成人循环内皮祖细胞数量和功能的上调作用。【Objective】 The study was to investigate the dynamic changes of the number and activity of circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) in healthy subjects in response to acute exercise. 【Methods】 The number and activity of circulating EPC in 8 cases of male healthy subjects before and 30 minutes, 3 h,6 h,12 h,and 24 h after exercise were observed. The levels of NO in plasma at the above different time point were measured. 【Results】 At about 30 minutes after acute exercise, the number and activity of circulating EPC reached the peak, decreased at 3 h after acute exercise, and returned to the baseline at 24 h after acute exercise, which was similar to the changes of plasma NO levels. There was linear regression correlation between plasma NO levels and the number or activity of circulating EPC. 【Conclusion】 The up-regulated number and activity of circulating EPC by acute exercise sustained transient, which may be related to the changes of plasma NO levels. It indicated that long-term physical training is essential for sustaining the up-regulation of number and activity of circulating EPC.
