摘　　要：目的探讨半环槽式外固定支架治疗胫腓骨严重开放性骨折的疗效。方法对36例胫腓骨严重开放性骨折进行半环支架固定治疗,其中9例为已行钢板内固定术后钢板松动或断裂者。结果随访1～4年,29例术后6个月骨性愈合,2例12个月愈合,2例13个月愈合,1例16个月愈合,2例24个月愈;发生钉道感染7例,无慢性骨髓炎发生。结论在胫腓骨严重开放性骨折的临床治疗中,半环外固定支架疗效较好,对减少并发症和促进骨折愈合具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of half-circle external fixation for severe open tibiofibular fracture.Methods 36 patients with severe open tibiofibular fracture were treated by half-circle external fixation,of which 9 cases were previously fixed by plates and failed.Results All cases were followed up for 1～4 years.29 got bony healing after a half year,2 got union after a year,2 got union after 13 months,1 got union in 16 months and 2 got union in 2 years.7 got pin tract infection.No chronic osteomyelitis was found.Conclusions Half-circle external fixation is good for treating severe open tibiofibular fracture,and is effective to reduce the complication and accelerate bone healing.
