糖尿病患者白内障手术中前房注射曲安奈德临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖尿病患者白内障术中前房注射曲安奈德的效果和安全性。方法:86例112眼糖尿病白内障患者被随机分为:使用曲安奈德前房注射的研究组42例56眼和不使用曲安奈德前房注射的常规处理对照组44例56眼,观察主要的术后并发症。结果:在研究组中,角膜水肿、前房纤维素性渗出、瞳孔粘连、眼压升高的发生分别为6眼(10.7%)、2眼(3.6%)、0眼、2眼(3.6%)。对照组中,角膜水肿、前房纤维素性渗出、瞳孔粘连、眼压升高的发生分别为15眼(26.8%)、8眼(14.3%)、4眼(7.1%)、9眼(16.1%)。两组比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病患者术中前房注射曲安奈德控制术后并发症是安全、有效的的方法。AIM：To observe the efficiency and safety of intracameral injection of triamcinolone acetonide in cataract surgery of patients with diabetes mellitus.·METHODS：Eighty-six cases（112 eyes） with cataract and diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups at random：42 cases（56 eyes） in the study group were performed operation with intracameral injection of triamcinolone.44 cases（56 eyes） were performed the same operation without intracameral injection triamcinolone.The major postoperative complications were observed.·RESULTS：In the study group,cornea edema was found in 6 eyes（10.7%）,fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber in 2 eyes（3.6%）.No iris posterior synechiae happened and intraocular pressure rised in 2 eyes（3.6%）.In the control group,cornea edema was found in 15 eyes（26.8%）,fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber in 8 eyes（14.3%）,iris posterior synechiae in 4 eyes（7.1%） and intraocular pressure rised in 9 eyes（16.1%）.The difference of the major complications had statistical significance between the study group and the control group.·CONCLUSION：Intracameral injection of triamcinolone acetonide in cataract surgery of patients with diabetes mellitus is an effective and safe way to reduce the postoperative complications.
