中药润目灵治疗水样液缺乏性干眼症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察中药润目灵治疗水样液缺乏性干眼症的临床疗效。方法:水样液缺乏性干眼症121例分为润目灵(49例),必嗽平(24例),泪然(48例)3组。疗程均为4wk。结果:润目灵与必嗽平相比较,对增加泪流量、改善角膜染色作用无统计学差异,润目灵对泪膜破裂时间、眼部症状改善优于必嗽平,统计学上有意义(P<0.05);润目灵对增加泪流量、延长泪膜破裂时间、改善眼部症状优于泪然,统计学上有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:润目灵有促进泪液分泌、延长泪膜破裂时间和促进角膜病变修复的作用,对水样液缺乏性干眼症有明显的治疗作用。AIM：To investigate the effect of runmuling aqueous tear deficiency（ATD） xeroma.·METHODS：One hundred and twenty-one patients with ATD were dividied into runmuling group（49 cases）,bromhexine group（24 cases） and tear naturals Ⅱ（TN-Ⅱ） group（48 cases） randomly.The patients were treated for one month in three groups.·RESULTS：There were no significant differences between runmuling group and bromhexine group in increasing tear flows and improving the cornea dyeing effect（P〈0.05）,but the difference in stain of cornea by fluorescein,break-up time of tear film and eye symptom was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Runmuling was better than TN-II in increasing tear flows and improving eye symptom,and the difference was statistically significant between runmuling group and TN-Ⅱ group（P〈0.01）.·CONCLUSION：Runmuling can promote lacrimal secretion,lengthening break-up time of tear film and promote keratopathy plerosis and has therapeutical effect on ATD xeroma.
