摘　　要：群体性突发事件中领导角色冲突是一个较为普遍的问题。在边疆多民族地区的群体性突发事件中,既有领导角色之间的冲突,也有领导角色内部的冲突。领导角色冲突的原因十分复杂,通过对这些原因的深入分析,探索相应的对策,对领导角色冲突进行及时调适,才能达到对群体性突发事件的有效治理。The role conflicts of the leaders in group emergencies occur more often than not. In the multi-ethnic border region, there are the role conflicts among leaders and the internal conflicts. There are various causes for such conflicts and a correct analysis will provide suitable solutions to group emergencies and help the leaders have some effective adjustment.
