社会主义新农村建设成效的调查与分析——以湖北黄冈市张塘村为例

摘　　要：以黄冈市张塘村为调研对象,采用调研问卷与实地访谈等方式,发现该村社会主义新农村建设的总体情况是:农村经济稳步发展,农民收入逐步提高;基础设施逐步改善,生活环境不断优化;先进文化得到发展,农民素质不断提高;基层组织不断完善。其新农村建设过程中也存在金融、社会保障等公共服务欠缺;环保意识差;民主氛围不浓等问题。为此,必须把大力发展生产力、引导农民实现增收作为新农村建设的首要任务和根本目标;合理规划村庄建设,集约用地;发挥农村干部的主力军作用;依赖广大村民的积极参与。The study aims to investigate the basic situation in the construction of new socialist countryside by taking Zhang Tong village in Huanggang City as an example. From the result, we can sum up successful experience in the practice of building new rural areas as well as find the main problems, thus provid the theoretical support and proposals for the construction of new socialist countryside.
