摘 要:针对低扬程泵站水力损失占总装置扬程比例较大、低扬程大型泵站原模型效率用传统换算方法会引起较大误差的问题,通过对泵装置中各种水力损失及影响低扬程水泵装置效率的主要因素进行理论分析,研究了根据泵段及泵装置模型试验所得到的水力特性,由泵段模型水力特性换算得原型泵段性能曲线,提出了用黑箱法求出原型泵装置水力特性的新方法.实测数据验证表明,采用黑箱法进行原模型泵装置效率换算,可提高换算精度,满足工程要求.With regard to the problems concerning hydraulic losses of pump stations with low head accounting for a large percentage of the total device and large errors in the efficiency of low lift pumps between the prototype and the model using the traditional conversion methods, every kind of hydraulic loss in the pump sets and factors of the pumping station in the hydraulic efficiency of the low lift were theoretically analyzed. The hydraulic characteristics obtained by hydraulic model tests on the pumps and the pumping sets were studied. The pump performance curve for the prototype was determined using the conversion of its hydraulic characteristics. A new method of solving for the hydraulic characteristics of the prototype pump devices was proposed by means of the black box method. The observed data indicate that the proposed method of converting the efficiency of the prototype model using the black box method can improve the conversion precision and meet the engineering requirements.
