侨资性大学的优势与困境

摘　　要：侨资性大学办学的优势在于具有独特而优质的侨性资源和相对灵活多样的办学体制。在其办学特色形成与发展过程中,通常遭遇两方面困境:追求特色办学与加强国家控制相冲突、筹措侨性资源与创建特色要求不匹配。要走出上述困境,需要在内外两方面做好工作:一是以侨资性大学为改革试点,建立教育特区,推进特色强校计划;二是强化以特色发展为导向的侨性资源筹措理念与策略。Overseas Chinese university＇s characteristics lie in the unique and high-quality overseas resources and a relatively flexible and diverse school system. In the process of forming and developing school characteristics of overseas Chinese university, Normally two levels of difficulties will emerge： the contradiction between the pursuit of school characteristics and the strengthening of state control; the mismatch between the raise of overseas resources and the creation of characteristics. To get rid of this dilemma, we need to do a good job both inside and outside： One is to establish education special area and promote the plan of strengthening by characteristics, to take overseas Chinese university as an example. The other is to deepen the concept and strategy of characteristics development-oriented overseas resources.
