摘　　要：侨资性大学因侨设立,受侨支持,为侨服务,有着各具特色的治理结构。面对高等教育发展的新形势,侨资性大学可以构建一种以党委为政治核心,政府、侨资、大学内部三角制衡的委员会为决策组织,校长为最高执行者的新型治理结构,这可以提高侨资性大学资源获取能力,加强政府对侨资性大学发展的扶持,为侨资性大学的自主发展创造有利条件。Overseas Chinese university is established and supported by overseas Chinese and serves overseas Chinese. It has different governance structures with specialty. Faced with the new situation of development of higher education, overseas Chinese university can construct a new -style governance structure, which takes the party as the political core, the committee consisting of government, overseas Chinese and the University as decision-making organization, the principal as the top executive. We should improve the ability of acquiring overseas resources, strengthen the government＇s support for university＇s development and create favorable conditions for independent development of overseas Chinese university.
