摘　　要：中国当代家族小说与美国作家亚历克斯.哈利的《根——一个美国家族的历史》之间的关系,至今没有引起研究者足够的重视。通过考察《根》与《最后一个匈奴》、《家园笔记》、《纪实和虚构》等当代家族小说的内在关系,不难发现它们之间存在的文化契合:寻找文化之根成为重要的主题;非虚构小说的引入导致了叙述角度的巨大变化;寻求归宿和永恒的漂泊是作家们难以解决的精神困境。Chinese contemporary family novels have been affected by American writer Alex ？ Harry＇s ＂Root a family history of the United States＂, but this has not attracted enough attention by the researchers. Through the study of ＂Root＂ and ＂the Last Huns,＂ ＂Home Notes＂, ＂Documentary and Fiction,＂ it is not difficult to find the fit of culture：the root of culture has become an important theme, the introduction of non-fiction point of view has led to great changes of narratives, the eternal search for the endresult is the difficult plight with the writer.
