摘　　要：非物质文化遗产作为一种新兴的、重要的旅游资源,对它的旅游开发引起了很多学者的关注,特别是非物质文化遗产应不应开发,开发的程度如何等一系列问题不断提出。为此,本文在理想评估指标的基础上通过三轮专家问卷对指标进行重要性打分,并借助游客和居民的问卷调查进行筛选及模型修正,最后得出评估非物质文化遗产旅游开发潜力的指标体系及指标权重,为非物质文化遗产实施保护和开发奠定一定的理论基础。The exploitation of intangible culture heritage attracted many scholars＇ attention, as one of the special cultural heritage and a kind of new and important tourism resource. Many questions have been raised, such as whether the intangible cultural heritage should be exploited or not, and what degree of the exploitation. Therefore, in base of the ideal evaluation indexes, this paper uses questionnaires from experts to mark the importance of these indexes. And through researches of tourists and the citizens to filtrate indexes and modify the evaluation model. Finally, an evaluation indicator system and their weights are constructed, which provide a foundation to implement protection and exploitation measures of intangible cultural heritage.
