美国易燃织物法规体系研究及对我国相关立法的启示

摘　　要：美国是世界上易燃织物技术法规体系最为健全的国家之一。其示范和影响作用是巨大的。因此,对美国易燃织物技术法规体系进行系统研究和制定应对方略极其重要。而国内织物的阻燃性技术法规的研究和立法尚在起步阶段,试图在借鉴美国燃烧性技术法规的立法技术的基础上,就制定一部我国的织物阻燃性方面的技术法规提出我们的建议,以填补此方面的空白。The United States is one of countries that have the most comprehensive legal system of technical regulations for flammable fabrics in the world. Its demonstration and influence are enormous. There-fore, it is extremely important to research systematically on U.S. legal system of technical regulations for flammable fabrics and draw up our strategy in response to this challenge. However, domestic level of research and legislation on technical regulations for flammable fabrics is still at an elementary stage. This article attempts to present our proposals for formulating China＇s technical regulations for flammable fabrics based on Learning from the legislation of U.S. technical regulations for flammable fabrics, in order to fill the gaps in this regard.
