摘 要:目的研究手机辐射对孕鼠和胎鼠脑组织中单胺类神经递质[去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)]的作用,旨在探讨手机辐射可能对孕妇及胚胎发育造成的影响,为研究手机辐射与健康的关系提供一定的实验依据。方法32只受孕Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组(每次接受手机辐射10min)、中剂量组(每次接受手机辐射30min)、高剂量组(每次接受手机辐射60min),自受孕日起每日接受辐射3次,连续20d。采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定孕鼠及胎鼠脑组织中NE、DA、5-HT的含量。结果孕鼠和胎鼠脑组织中NE、DA含量均呈现低剂量组增高、高剂量组下降的变化趋势,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中剂量组的NE、DA含量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各剂量辐射组孕鼠和胎鼠脑组织中5-HT含量与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕鼠在孕期中接受手机电磁辐射达一定时间,对孕鼠和胎鼠脑组织的神经系统中单胺类神经递质含量产生一定的影响。Objective To investigate the effects of electromagnetic radiation of cellular phone on pregnant and offspring's brain tissue in rats by detecting the level of NE,DA,5-HT and to provide experimental evidence for the influence of electromagnetic radiation emitted by mobile phone on brain tissue of pregnant woman and fetus. Methods Thirty-two pregnant rats were randomly divided into four groups, A,B,C and D.Group A was as control group; group B as low intensity group, which was radiated by the cell phone electromagnetic radiation for 10 minutes every time; group C was radiated for 30 minutes as middle intensity group; group D was radiated for 60 minutes as high intensity group. The three exposure groups were radiated for 3 times a day for 20 consecutive days and then the content of noradrenaline (NE),dopamine (DA)and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid (5-HT) in pregnant and fetal rats' brain tissue were tested by high performance liquid chromatograph with a fluorescence detector. Result The significant difference in the contents of NE,DA both in pregnant rats and fetal rats' brain tissue were found among low, high intensity groups and control groups(P〈0.05), with the low intensity group increased and high intensity group decreased. But, no significant difference was found between middle intensity groups and control group (P〉0.05) after irradiation. No significant difference was found among the four groups in the content of 5-HT both in pregnant rats and fetal rats' brain tissue (P〉0.05). Conclusion Receiving certain period of electromagnetic radiation from cellular phone during pregnancy has certain harm on nervous system of pregnant and offspring's brain tissue in rats.
