摘 要:提出了一种实现宽覆盖、低相位噪声、低杂散的频率合成方法。该方法采用双锁相环切换加直接倍频的模式,实现了3~16GHz的频率合成器。实验结果表明,该方法简洁易行,所实现的系统达到了较好的技术指标:全频段输出信号步进20MHz时,相噪均在-83dBc/Hz@10kHz以下,杂散在-60dBc以下,输出功率在10dBm以上。该方案为实现高性能的超宽覆盖小步进频率合成器提供了一个有效的方法。A method to realize a wide frequency- coverage frequency synthesizer with low spurious level and tow phase noise level is proposed in this paper. A 3- 16GHz wide frequency- coverage frequency synthesizer with a mode of dual- PLL- switching is implemented by the proposed method. Although the frequency synthesizer is designed in a simple way, it obtained the good performance: when the frequency step is 20MHz, the phase noise level is less than -83dBc/Hz@ 10kHz, the spurious level is below -60dBc and the output power is above 10dBm. This method provides an optimal solution to the design of high- performance frequency synthesizers with ultra- wide frequency- coverage and fine frequency step.
