摘  要:试验分析了间歇流人工湿地中微生物种群、数量以及环境条件对微生物的影响,探讨了芦苇根系周围存在的不同种类微生物,以及所构成的间歇流人工湿地特有的生态系统对污水中COD、氮、磷的净化效果。结果表明:人工湿地系统中常见的微生物种类有9种,不同菌属的微生物的存在与溶解氧浓度有关;各菌种微生物的数量受温度影响较大;ABR与两级湿地联合的污水处理系统夏季COD、NH4+-N、TP的去除效果较好,而冬季效果较差。Generic and amounts of microorganism as well as environmental conditions on microorganisms were investigated in sequence constructed wetland process to study the removal efficiency of COD, NHa+-N and TP. Results indicated that there were 9 kind strains of microorganism in constructed wetland, with dissolved oxygen as major factor influencing the occurrence of each strain and temperature as major factor influencing the amount. Lower effluent COD, NH4+-N and TP concentration and higher percentage COD, NH4+-N and TP of removal were attained in summer, the other way round, higher effluent COD, NH4+-N and TP concentrations and lower percentage COD, NH4+-N and TP of removal were attained in winter.
