摘 要:在研制210 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的基础上,系统研究了CFB锅炉大型化的关键技术,并进行了国产330 MW CFB锅炉的方案设计,对关键部件的结构设计和放大特性进行了分析和数值模拟。实际运行结果表明,首台国产330 MW CFB锅炉具有流化均匀、床体稳定、床温和汽温调节特性良好,各项性能参数达到设计值。表明我国已完整地掌握了大型CFB锅炉的核心技术。On the basis of developing CFB boiler used for 210 MW unit, the key technologies of manu- facturing large CFB boilers has been systematically studied, and the schematic design of home - made CFB boiler for 330 MW unit being carried out, the structure design of key components and scaling - up characters being analysed and numerically simulated. Results in practical operation show that the first home - made CFB boiler for 330 MW unit boasts uniform fluidization,stable bed body,as well as good characters for adjustment of bed temperature and steam temperature, each parameter of performance reaches the designed value. At the same time,it shows that the key technologies of large-capacity CFB boilers have been completely mastered in China.
