荆门市某小学突发流行性腮腺炎疫情中疫苗保护作用的调查

摘　　要：目的了解国产腮腺炎疫苗的保护情况。方法按《流行性腮腺炎诊断标准及处理原则》(GB-17016-1997)采取统一的个案调查表,对荆门市某小学所有流行性腮腺炎病例进行流行病学调查,免疫史资料来源于学生免疫预防接种证。结果该小学有学生746人,发病39例,腮腺炎罹患率为5.23%;接种腮腺炎疫苗学生的罹患率明显小于未接种腮腺炎疫苗学生的罹患率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.72,P<0.01);腮腺炎疫苗的保护率为73.98%,效果指数为3.84;接种腮腺炎疫苗后再患病,其临床症状轻。结论国产腮腺炎疫苗能有效地保护易感人群。[ Objective] To understand the protection of domestic mumps vaccine. [ Methods] According to ＂Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment Principle of Mumps＂ （ GB-17016-1997 ）, unified case investigation form was adopted to conduct epidemiological investigation on all mumps cases in the primary school, the immunization history was based on students＇immunization vaccination eertifieates. [ Results]There were 746 students in this primary school, 39 were infected, the attack rate was 5.23% ; the attack rate of students with mumps vaccine inoculation was significantly lower than that of students without mumps vaccine inoculation, the difference was significant（ χ^2 = 14.72, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the protective rate was 73.98%, the effect index was 3.84 ; .alter inoculation of mumps vaccine, the clinical symptoms of mumps was light. [ Conclusion] Domestic mumps vaccine can effectively protect the susceptible population.
