摘  要:用非离子型嵌段高分子表面活性剂聚氧乙烯醚-聚氧丙烯醚-聚氧乙烯醚(EO106PO70EO106,F127)和2-(4-氯磺酰苯基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷合成出一种新型的含有2-(4-磺基苯基)乙基基团的SBA-16介孔材料。通过X射线衍射、核磁共振谱、扫描电镜、X射线荧光分析和气相色谱仪研究了样品的结构、形貌、组成和催化反应后的产物。结果表明:合成的含有2-(4-磺基苯基)乙基基团的SBA-16介孔材料样品是由大小均匀的微米级块状颗粒组成,属于体心立方(空间群为Im3m)结构,具有立方笼形孔结构孔和孔连通性以及高的比表面积(1028m2/g)。通过对乙酸和乙醇的催化反应表明:样品作为催化剂具有较高活性,初次使用时乙酸转化率为97%,乙酸乙酯的选择性为99%。经过4次使用后,乙酸转化率和乙酸乙酯的选择性仍然分别保持为97%和99%。The silylated silica mesoporous material SBA-16 containing 2-(4-sulfopheny)ethyl groups was synthesized from a simple synthesis approach using triblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide)(EO106PO70EO106,F127) and 2-(4-chlorosulphonylphenyl)ethyltrimethoxylsilane in methylene chloride.The structure,morphology and composition of the silylated SBA-16 were investigated by X-ray diffraction,nuclear magnetic resonance spectra,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,and the reaction products of acetic acid and alcohol catalyzed by the silylated SBA-16 were ana-lyzed by gas chromatography.The results show that the silylated SBA-16 is composed of micro particles with well-distributed particle sizes.It has a cubic centered structure with a space group of Im3m,and has cube cage structure pores and pore network connectivity and a high specific surface area of 1 028 m^2/g.The catalytic activities of the silylated SBA-16 for the esterication of acetic acid and alcohol are excellent.The conversion ratios of acetic acid and selectivity to ethyl acetate for the silylated SBA-16 as a catalyst are 97% and 99% in the first time reaction,respectively.After 4 times of catalytic reaction,the conversion ratios of acetic acid and selec-tivity to ethyl acetate always remained at 97% and 99%.
