摘　　要：医源性椎动脉损伤是颈椎手术中一种罕见的并发症,一旦发生,后果严重。随着颈椎手术的广泛开展以及多种新的颈椎内固定方式的应用,出现医源性椎动脉损伤的潜在可能性会增加,应引起临床上的重视。本文就目前对医源性椎动脉损伤的发生率、原因及处理等作一综述。Iatrogenic vertebral artery injury is a rare complication in cervical spine surgeries, the consequences of which may be catastrophic. With the extensive development of cervical spine surgeries and application of diverse new internal fixations of cervical spine, there is a potential increase of risk of iatrogenic vertebral artery injury,which should be paid attention to. This article reviews the rate, cause and management etc. of iarogenic vertebral artery injury.
