光照对曼氏无针乌贼行为习性的影响

摘　　要：设置了3个光照强度梯度和红、白、橙、绿、蓝5个光照颜色,研究光照对曼氏无针乌贼行为习性的影响。试验结果表明:曼氏无针乌贼对光色和光强都有反应,而且表现出正趋性;对于同一光强下的红、白、橙、绿4种光照颜色来说,曼氏无针乌贼较喜欢红光和绿光。In this paper,the habits of Sepiella maindroni de Rochebruns under illumination conditions of light grads and red. white, orange green, blue coloured lights were studied. The results showed： Sepiella maindroni de Rochebruns had phototactic reactions to different light intensions and light colores,and having positive trend; Sepiella maindroni de Rochebruns liked red and green colours under the same light grad.
