浅谈基层环保部门危险废物管理中的问题及对策

摘　　要：分析了国内现行的危险废物管理制度、标准及规范,结合基层管理的实践,指出了当前危险废物管理中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策和途径,并就危险废物实行行政代处置进行了探索和尝试。Based on local management practices and analysis of the existing hazardous waste management systems and standards in China, problems of the current hazardous waste management were pointed out in this paper. Further, the solutions were proposed and discussed, in particularly, such as the means of hazardous waste administrative commissioned disposal.
