经感受器通路银质针导热治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症470例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析银质针导热疗法治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法本组颈、腰椎间盘突出症470例。分为C1组：经颈椎间盘突出的关节突和横突注药并银质针导热治疗；C2组：银质针导热治疗；L1组：经腰关节突和椎板肌肉附着点注药并银质针导热治疗；L2组：银质针导热治疗。随访治疗后6个月的效果。结果C1、C2、L1、L2组3～6个月随访的疗效没有统计学差异，轻、中度椎间盘突出的优良率均为100％，重度者为75％～84％。C1、L1组先行注药者，在1个月内疗效更显著。结论经感受器通路银质针导热治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症有显著疗效。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of silver needle heat ment for patients with cervical or lumbar disc herniation. Methods 470 patients conductive treat- with cervical or lumbar disc herniation were divided into the following groups： Group C1, drug injection through articular process and transverse process of cervical vertebra of protruding segments, and silver needle heat conductive treatment;Group C2, silver needle heat conductive treatment; Group L1, drug injection through articular process lumbar vertebra and muscle attachment points and heat conductive treatment;and group L2, silver needle heat conductive treatment. The effects were follow-up six months. Results The therapeutic effect among the four groups had no significant differences after three to six months follow-up. The excellent and good rate was 100% and 75%-84% in the patients with mild or moderate and severe disc herniation respectively. The patients in C1 and L1 group could acquire more significant therapeutic effect by injecting drug into the articular process and muscle attachment points. Conclusion Silver needle heat conductive treatment for cervical or lumbar disc herniation through receptor pathway has significant efficacy.
