摘  要:目的:探讨青蒿琥酯对瘢痕疙瘩(Keloid)成纤维细胞(Fibroblast,Fb)的增殖抑制作用及其作用机制。方法:将60mg/L的青蒿琥酯作用于体外培养的瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞24 h,MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率,免疫细胞化学和western blotting法检测分化抑制因子1(Inhibitor of differentiation 1,Id1)的表达情况。结果:在青蒿琥酯的作用下,成纤维细胞的Id1表达降低。结论:青蒿琥酯抑制成纤维细胞的机制可能与抑制Id1的表达有关。Objective:To investigate the inhibition of artesunate on fibroblasts in vitro derived from human keloid.Methods:60mg/L artesunate was added to the medium.The effects of artesunate on fibroblasts in vitro were observed after 24h.The inhibitory rate of the cellular growth was meassured using MTT assay.The expression of Id1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry and western blotting.Results:The data indicated that the expression of Id1 of fibroblasts derived from keloid were depressed by artesunat.Conclusion: The mechanism of inhibit fibroblast proliferation by artesunat might be related to the depression of protein expression of Id 1.
