摘  要:有机玻璃制造的飞机透明件在应力、溶剂等作用下易产生银纹。某型飞机在服役过程中,有5架共21块YB-2有机玻璃舷窗出现银纹。本文对银纹的位置和形貌特征进行宏观检查和微观分析,根据银纹产生的位置和尺寸,初步排除了密封剂的腐蚀作用。将舷窗银纹断口的微观形貌与YB-2有机玻璃溶剂银纹试样的银纹断口形貌作对比后,判定该飞机舷窗的银纹是由应力引起,而非溶剂腐蚀所致。从舷窗应力集中、YB-2材料特性、玻璃使用环境等方面分析了银纹产生的原因并提出了合理化建议。Under the effect of stress and solvent, crazes tend to form in the aircraft transparency parts made of acrylic glass. 21 YB-2 acrylic side windows of 5 aircrafts were found to have crazes. In this paper, the macro appearance and micro characteristic of the acrylic crazes were observed and analyzed. According to the location and size of the crazes, it was concluded that the cra- zes were not caused by the corrosion of sealing compounds. Comparing the morphology of the crazes of the aircraft side window with that of solvent-corrosion crazes of YB-2 acrylic glass, it was determined that the crazes resulted from stress, not from solvent corrosion. In the end, the causes of crazes were analyzed in terms of stress concentration, YB-2 material characteristic and using environment, and some suggestions were proposed.
