摘  要:为了提高急倾斜煤层开采效益和急倾斜煤层采出率,针对现有急倾斜煤层开采方法,提出了一种工作面无人作业、回采工作面不支护、采用长孔爆破落煤工艺的新方法,其具有回采工作面通风良好、工人劳动强度低、安全程度高等特点,并阐述了该方法的回采工艺及其创新点。结果表明,深孔爆破空场采煤法与现有采煤法相比,回采工效提高2~5倍以上;坑木、单体支柱、铰接顶梁、柔性掩护支架等使用数量减少90%以上,火药、雷管消耗降低50%以上;直接成本降低60%以上;单产提高50%以上。In order to improve the mining benefit of the steep inclined seam and the mining rate of the steep inclined seam, according to the available steep inclined seam mining methods, the paper provided the a new mining method with unmanned operation, no mining face support, a long borehole blasting mining technique, a good ventilation, lower labor strength, a high safety degree and a high production and efficiency. The paper stated mining technique the innovations of the mining method. The results showed that in comparison with the available coal mining method, the long borehole blasting mining method could improve the mining efficiency by 2 to 5 times and the consumption of the timber, single prop, articulated beam, flexibility shield support and other applied could be reduced over 90%. The consumption of the powders and detonators was reduced over 50% , the direct cost was reduced over 60% and the coal production per shift was increased over 50%.
