摘 要:采用小比例水泥砂浆模型试验与现场试验相结合的方式对聚能管不耦合装药定向断裂爆破进行研究。模型试验结果表明,当径向不耦合系数1.20,轴向不耦合系数1.75时,水泥砂浆试块定向断裂效果显著,主裂纹明显,无次生裂纹产生。根据模型试验结果进行了双向不耦合边坡定向断裂爆破现场试验,结果表明:采用双向不耦合聚能管装药减小了装药总量,提高了炸药能量的利用率;同时,聚能管爆破半眼痕明显,断面平整光滑,减小了后期边坡处理的工作量,降低了支护费用。试验结果可对进一步完善定向断裂爆破技术提供借鉴。An research was conducted on the uncoupling charged directional breaking blasting in an energy accumulated tube with the small scale cement slurry model experiment and site experiment. The model experiment results showed that when the radial uncoupling coefficient was 1.20 and the axial uncoupling coefficient was 1.75, the results of the directional breaking in the cement slurry specimen would be obvious and the main cracks would be clear. There was no secondary crack occurred. According to the results of the model experiment, a site experiment was conducted on the bidirectional uncoupling slope directional breaking blasting. The results showed the application of the bidirectional uncoupling energy accumulated tube for the explosive charging could reduced the total charging quantity and could improve the utilization rate of the explosive energy. Meanwhile, the half borehole cut by the energy tube blasting would be clear and the cross section would be flat and smooth, which could reduce the slope late work quantity and reduce the slope support cost. The experiment results could provide the references to the further improvement of the directional breaking blasting technology.
