摘  要:为减轻支架用液压液的排放对矿区地下水资源造成的污染,采用摇床试验法,对应用于支护设备中的MS10-5型浓缩液的初级生物降解性能进行了试验研究。试验参考ISO9888中的部分规定,以化学需氧量的去除率作为降解指标,采用普通活性污泥和简单驯化污泥作为接种物,对质量浓度0.2%的浓缩液,先后进行了为期33和28 d的生物降解试验。结果表明:28 d内,该体系化学需氧量的去除率可达70%以上,其生物降解性能符合MITI关于生物降解性良好的相关规定。In order to reduce the pollution by the discharging of the hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic powered supports to the underground water resources in the mining area, the table test method was applied to test and study on the biodegradable performances of the MS10 - 5 concentrated fluid for the hydraulic powered support equipment. According to the relevant provisions of ISO9888, taking the removing rate of the chemical required oxygen quantity as the biodegradable index, the common activated sludge and simple acclimatized sludge as the inoculums were applied to the 33 days and 28 days biodegradable experiments with 0. 2% the concentrated fluid. The results showed that within 28 days, the removing rate of the chemical required oxygen quantity could be reached over 70% and the biodegradable performances could meet the relevant provisions on biodegradability good in MITI.
