摘 要:为了实现粉煤灰的综合利用,采用对比试验法,分别选取质量分数50%和60%的2种粉煤灰掺入量制备水泥,利用晶核素诱导和促进粉煤灰水化反应技术,研究了粉磨时间、粉煤灰掺量和晶核素对所制备的粉煤灰水泥力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于高掺量粉煤灰水泥,粉煤灰细度与粉煤灰掺量对水泥早龄期强度影响较大,而对后期强度的影响逐渐减小;在粉磨时间90 min,晶核素加入量为3%,掺加50%粉煤灰的水泥试样最高达到了国标42.5R粉煤灰水泥的标准,掺加60%粉煤灰的水泥试样则最高达到了国标32.5R粉煤灰水泥标准。In order to have a comprehensive utilization of the fly ash, the comparison experiment method was applied to prepare the cement with two different fly ashes 50% and 60% individually. The crystal nuclein technology to induce and promote the fly ash water reaction was applied to study the grinding time, the fly ash added value and the crystal nuclein influenced to the mechanics performances of the fly cement. The results showed that as for the cement prepared with high fly ash content, the fineness and content of the fly ash would have a high influence to the initial strength of the cement and would have the steadily reduced influences to the late strength. When the grinding time was 90 minutes, crystalnuclein content was 3% , the cement samples with 50% fly ash could reach the standard of 42. 5R fly ash cement and the cement samples with 60% fly ash could reach the standard of 32. 5R fly ash cement.
