摘　　要：文章对影响植物离体雌核发育因素的研究现状进行了综述,包括基因型、基本培养基、碳源种类及浓度、激素种类及浓度、接种时期、预处理方式、接种方式及培养条件等对离体雌核发育的作用及影响。The article reviewed the influential factors of the plants in vitro gynogenesis, including genotype, medium, the type and concentration of carbon source, the type and concentration of the hormone, inoculation period, pre-treatment, culture conditions, inoculation methods and so on.
