摘　　要：长期以来对钢结构刚接柱脚的性能和破坏机理缺少深入研究。本文采用考虑接触问题的有限元法对部分露出型刚接柱脚的整体变形进行分析。对比文献对柱脚转动刚度和变形研究的结果,引入了不同构造柱脚柱子轴力、弯矩均随加载过程变化的弹性约束力学模型。提出在柱脚连接设计中引进半刚性柱脚定义,对柱脚连接的分类、界定半刚性连接以及柱脚设计提出了相关建议。For a long time there have no lucubrate about the peculiarity and fracture mechanism of steel structure fixed column - base. Contact problems between concrete base surface and column base, bolt nut and neighborhood plate, bolt shank and bolt hole are simulated really. With experimental information and relational analysis, it is introduced that the variation stiffness column base modeling which is relative with axial force and moment. According to a series of analysis, author bring forward the defining semi rigid column base. In the base of enough constitution demand, give some advices about the standardization and sort of column base design.
