骨痛膜抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察骨痛膜的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验和蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀试验观察骨痛膜的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法观察骨痛膜的镇痛作用。结果:骨痛膜显著抑制对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀,明显提高小鼠的痛阈,减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体次数。结论:骨痛膜具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective：To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity Gutong film（GTF） in rats.Methods：The anti-inflammatory effect of GTF was observed by the test of paraxylene induced auricle swelling in mice and egg album induced paw edema in rats.The analgesic activity of GF was investigated by the writhing and hot-plate test.Results：GF obviously inhibited the inflammatory edema caused by both inflammatory agents,and significantly elevated the pain threshold,and reduced the writhing frequency induced by acetic acid. Conclusion： GTF has notable effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity.
