摘  要:目的:观察葫芦巴总皂苷(TFGs)对链脲佐霉素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠骨密度(BMD)及骨组织计量学的影响。方法:采用STZ腹腔注射复制糖尿病模型,采用TFGs治疗后,观察各组大鼠骨密度和骨组织计量学指标的变化。结果:与对照组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠全身及股骨BMD和平均骨小梁厚度(MTPT)明显降低,而平均骨小梁间距(MTPS)明显增高;与模型组大鼠相比,治疗组大鼠全身及股骨BMD和MTPT均明显增高,而MTPS明显降低。结论:TFGs可能具有改善糖尿病相关骨质疏松的作用。Objective:To explore the influence of trigonella foenum graecum L total saponin(TFGs) on bone mineral density(BMD) and bone histomorphometric profile in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats.Methods:Peritoneal injection of STZ was performed to establish diabetic models in rats.After the treatment with TFGs,BMD and bone histomorphometric profile were measured in all groups.Results:Compared with control group,whole-body BMD and femoral BMD as well as mean trabecular plate thickness(MTPT) in model group were significantly lower while mean trabecular plate separation (MTPS) was notably higher. After the treatment with TFGs, whole-body BMD, femoral BMD and MTPT were remarkably elevated and MTPS decreased in treatment group than those in model group. Conclusion:TFGs might have the function of ameliorating diabetes related osteoporosis.
