MD型电脑床熏蒸治疗创伤性膝关节僵硬的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨MD型电脑床熏蒸治疗创伤性膝关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法:本组162例,其中股骨远端骨折46例,髌骨骨折68例,胫骨平台骨折48例术后并发膝关节僵硬,按就诊先后,数字表法随机分为治疗组(A)和对照组(B)各81例。A组应用MD型电脑床中药熏蒸,配合伤膝关节功能煅炼。B组仅指导功能煅炼。治疗前后测量两组膝关节的弯曲度数、临床症状、股四头肌萎缩以及步行等情况进行对比分析。结果:两组均于术后5个月进行评价,股骨远端骨折、髌骨骨折、胫骨平台骨折A组优良率分别为96.65%、97.06%、91.67%,B组优良率仅为73.91%、76.47%、70.83%,两组比较,A组优于B组(P<0.01)。结论:MD型电脑床熏蒸是治疗创伤性膝关节僵硬的较理想方法,该方法容易实施,减少了患者的致残率。Objective：To study the clinical effects of the MD type of computer fumigating bed in treating traumatic stiffness of knee joint.Methods：One hundred and sixty-two cases,including 46 cases of distal femur fracture,68 cases of patellar fracture,and 48 cases of tibial plateau fracture,were complicated by postoperative stiffness of knee join.According to the sequence of visiting hospital,all the patients were divided to treatment group（group A） and control group（group B）,81 cases in each group. Patients in group A were treated by fumigation of Chinese herbal with computer fumigating bed and functional exercise. Meanwhile, patients in group B only received functional exercise. Knee joint bending dimensionality, clinical symptoms, atrophy degree of quadriceps femoris, and walking capability were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results：Both groups were evaluated 5 month after the operation. The excellent rate of distal femur fracture, patellar fracture, and fracture of tibial plateau was 96.65%, 97.06%, and 91.67% in group A, respectively. The excellent rate was 73.91%, 76.47%, and 70.83% in group B, respectively. The excellent rate in group A was significantly higher than those in group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The MD type of computer fumigating bed is an ideal method for patients with traumatic stiffness of knee joint. The treatment is easy to perform and can decrease the mutilation rate.
