第5腰椎横突肥大综合征的保守疗法

摘　　要：目的：比较第5腰椎横突肥大综合征不同保守治疗方法的临床疗效。方法：将245例单纯性腰5横突肥大的病例分为3组,Ⅰ组：频谱照射治疗125例,Ⅱ组：局部封闭治疗84例,Ⅲ组：频谱照射＋封闭治疗36例。结果：245例获3月～5年随访,平均随访6.8月。临床症状改善优良率：频谱照射组为53.60%,局部封闭组为90.48%,频谱照射＋封闭组为97.22%。结论：不同保守治疗方法对第5腰椎横突肥大综合征均有一定疗效,其中频谱照射配合局部封闭是一种理想的治疗方法。Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of different conservative treatments.Methods：Two hundred and forty-five cases were divided into three groups,125 cases in group Ⅰ were treated with frequency spectrum,84 cases in group Ⅱ were treated with part blockage and 36 cases in group Ⅲ were treated with frequency spectrum and part blockage.Results：All cases were followed up for 3 months to 5 years,6.8 months on average.The symptom improvement rates were 53.60%,90.48% and 97.22% in the three groups,respectively.Conclusion： It is effective for hypertrophia symptom of the 5th transverse process of lumbar vertebra treated with different conservative methods, among which frequency spectrum plus part blockage is an ideal treatment.
